English instructor needed for growing institution

Responsibilities
This is a part-time on site role for an English language instructor located in Adachi ku. The instructor will be responsible for teaching English language lessons to students of various levels, creating lesson plans, and incorporating educational materials in to the curriculum to enhance the learning experience. Only applicants located within reasonable commuting distance will be considered.
Qualifications
*Good track record of language teaching and teaching skill.
*Experience in lesson planning.
*Educational background in language education or a related field.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
*Previous experience in teaching English language is a must.
*Certification in English language instruction or education is preferred.
*Salary is between ¥2000 and ¥2,500 per hour (contact hours only)
