The Foreign Language Teaching & Research Centre is looking for motivated teachers who have native or near-native English-level proficiency. Courses to be taught focus on spoken English interaction. All courses are taught to undergraduate students and are year-long (April to January).
We are looking for teachers for courses focused on spoken English interaction. All courses are taught to undergraduate students, and held for 105 minutes once per week for 2x13-week semesters (courses are year-long from April to January).
Days and times of classes are negotiable, and pay depends on qualifications and experience. Positions are offered on a yearly basis, and are renewable by mutual agreement.
Applicants must
1. have native, or near native, English-level proficiency with experience living in an English-speaking country OR
have native Japanese-level proficiency with near-native proficiency in English and experience of living in an English-speaking country
2. hold a Master’s degree or higher, in TESOL or a related field
3. have at least 3 years of teaching experience at university level in Japan
4. have published academic articles
