We are looking for a native-level English teacher who is enthusiastic, understanding, and professional for our Ota City, Gunma area. The contract will begin on September 1st, 2025, for 1 year.
We require a full-time teacher who has taught Eiken and TOEFL Junior. They must be qualified to teach speaking, listening, reading, and writing to elementary school students in grades 4-6. To keep students' attention and focus, teachers should support individual learning while providing a variety of resources to support the development of all four abilities.
To help students of different levels of English proficiency reach their objectives, candidates should demonstrate confidence, creativity, and passion. In addition to teaching in the classroom, this position entails helping students with their preparation for the Eiken Tests and TOEFL Junior exams. Teachers should keep track of each student's progress and give them feedback and guidance for future growth.
Additionally, the candidate should feel at ease collaborating closely with Japanese coworkers in a group setting to carry out management procedures and improve the general atmosphere of the school. Attending meetings, curriculum development, exchanging ideas with other staff members, and helping with daily duties are all included in this.

【Essential Duties】
- Prepare and teach solo lessons
- Curriculum Development
- Monitor and record student progress
- Maintain attendance and lesson progress records
- Participate in special school events
- Assist with promotional and recruiting events
- Attend staff meetings
- Other General Duties: cleaning, etc.
[Qualification required]
- Native-level English.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Elementary school teaching experience.
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience in teaching EIKEN, TOEIC, TOEFL, and IELTS
- Experience in curriculum development
- Beginner Japanese Level
【Salary】
- Monthly: JPY 215K - JPY 230K.*
*Salary is negotiable and based on experience and expertise.
