An English teacher with native level proficiency is needed to teach elementary school students in grades 4-6. The English teacher will prepare the students for the Eiken and Toefl Junior Exams. Start Date of Position: September 1, 2025. It is a one-year agreement.

The English teacher must hold a four-year college degree, preferably in education. Teachers must be proficient in the English language, including grammar, writing, and speaking. Furthermore, their pronunciation and intonation must be at the level of a native speaker.
The following are other skills that the teacher will possess:
1. Curriculum Development:
Prepare students for the TOEFL JUNIOR & EIKEN exams.
Create engaging and effective lesson plans to address the four key language skills: reading, listening, speaking, and writing.
2. Instruction and Delivery:
Deliver high-quality TOEFL & EIKEN instruction to students, utilizing effective teaching methodologies.
Provide individualized feedback to students, focusing on areas of improvement and strategies for success.
3. Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
Administer practice tests and assessments to evaluate students' TOEFL & EIKEN readiness.
Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
4. Student Engagement:
Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that motivates students to actively participate in TOEFL & EIKEN preparation.
Address students' questions and concerns regarding TOEFL & EIKEN content, strategies, and testing procedures.

Salary: ¥215,000 - ¥230,000 Per month
