ISA partners with schools to provide exceptional and innovative educational programs to the students we serve. We equip students to thrive in a global world. We’re not a dispatch company - we design our own unique programs and teach them at client schools throughout Japan.
We’re now hiring experienced educators for our Global Competence Program. GCP has been implemented at 20 schools across Japan, and is being taught to over 6,000 students.

Our program is taught in English to Japanese junior and senior high school students at both public and private schools.
We value work/life balance and strive to ensure our teachers feel valued, energized, and enthusiastic about the work that we do. We allow for ample planning time, professional development, and a solid network of support with both other GCP teachers and the management team.

We are committed to working long-term with our instructors. Opportunities for upward movement are possible for the right person.
