Summit Academy Secondary School is a bilingual, dual-language institution in the heart of Nagano City. We are seeking a passionate and flexible Junior High Homeroom Teacher with English teaching responsibilities. This is a full-time position that combines classroom instruction, homeroom leadership, and active engagement in school life.

Key Responsibilities:
-Teach English, Summit Stage (our values and skills-based program), and an English module
-Develop syllabi, lesson plans, and teaching materials
-Conduct paper-based and listening assessments
-Support other subjects as needed
-Manage homeroom duties and student guidance
-Participate in extracurriculars, such as:
-School information sessions
-School festivals
-Speech contests
-Club activities, etc.

Qualifications:
-Native English-level proficiency
-Must currently reside in Japan
-Valid working visa (sponsorship/renewal available)
-MA/MS or valid teaching license required
(Education, TESOL, or Linguistics preferred)
-Homeroom teaching experience strongly preferred
-Enthusiastic about inquiry-based, student-centered education
