AET (ALT), Toyokawa Board of Education, Aichi

As well as team teaching in ES and JHS, in the summer this position includes summer school classes, English day camp and speech festival preparation. There are also teacher training sessions.
Applicants will be required to work 35 hours a week (8:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 15:15 Friday).
This position is a direct hire so applicants need an education or permanent visa.
The one year contract is renewable.
The salary is 330,000 with bonuses twice a year.
Applicants need Native English-level proficiency, to reside in Japan and have their own car and Japanese driver’s license and basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
Some conversational Japanese and experience as an AET (ALT) would be preferred.
