Junior High School Native Level English Teacher
Full-time (5 days/week) Native Level English Teacher for a prestigious private junior and senior high school in Sano - Tochigi.
We are seeking a teacher who is not only experienced in their field but can also bridge a cultural experience between themselves and the students. Teacher will pursue to provide a positive and meaningful learning experience to students which will develop their knowledge of English, confidence in speaking a new language and overall communication skills in a variety of settings.

LOCATION:
(SANO - TOCHIGI PREFECTURE) 5 DAYS / WEEK

CONTRACT PERIOD:
2 year contract.

Start date is April 2025

PAYMENT:
¥250,000 – per month before taxes.

Salary to be paid on the 15th of each month.

RESIDENCE:
Company will assist in finding the teacher a suitable apartment.

WORKING HOURS & SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM) 5 Day work week.
(1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday of the month are work days from 8:30AM – 1PM)
3 to 5 lessons on average per day would be typical but could change case by case
-duties other than teaching: preparing materials/tests, taking care of extra activities
-must be able to work with Japanese teachers effectively
-may need to occasionally work outside of regular hours for school events

National holidays, Weekends are paid.

TYPE OF WORK:
Teach English at a private Junior & Senior High School.

REQUIRED:
Teachers with a BA in an English Major highly preferred.
Excellent knowledge and proficiency of office software.
English Teaching experience to Junior High & Senior High School students is a must.
The applicant needs to have a solid understanding of the English grammar.
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or any teaching certification preferred.
Applicants must be of sound mental and physical health.
Applicants must not have a criminal record.

VISA:
Company will provide full sponsorship to the applicant.
