Dispatch English Teacher, Private High School in Saitama in Saitama

・Salary: 270,000 yen per month (Negotiable depends on experience)
・Days off: 130 days a year
・Insurance Available: Employment Insurance, Employment Pension, Employee health Insurance
・Full time position (April 2025 to March 2026)
・Regular Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:20-4:50.
Work time above is tentative as the 2025 school year hasn’t begun, but it will be the same or similar.
There are some occasional events to attend or extra curriculum courses to conduct on weekends.
・Renewable yearly contract (maximum of 3 years under the same department)
・Allowance: transportation fee (maximum of 10% of monthly salary)
・Teaching duties and responsibilities may include:
1) High School Oral Communication Classes
2) Coaching students to pass Eiken tests mainly for the interviews and writing sections.
3) Assess students’ academic skills via written, attitude and verbal assessment.
4) Develop the English course Curriculum
5) Participate in Extracurricular clubs and activities
6) Being friendly and outgoing with students in and out of class
Desired experience and qualifications
・Preferably at least one year of teaching experience within Junior or Senior High schools in Japan.
・Solo teaching experience
・Bachelor’s degree or higher (TESOL degree/ teaching certification is preferred)
・Must be positive, outgoing, friendly, a team player, flexible and patient.
・Native English-level proficiency
・Passionate and enthusiastic about education
