Part-time teaching position starting ASAP in Chiba, (about 30-40 minutes away by train from Tokyo), Japan.
We are a small English conversation school and are currently looking for an enthusiastic teacher who enjoys the rewards of teaching and is interested in the Japanese experience. You will be teaching mainly children and young teenagers. You must be comfortable with singing and working with children.
WANTED: English instructor to teach conversational/basic English for at least 1 year. Additional years can be negotiated near the completion of your contract. English-level proficiency is preferred、
Our lessons are offered from 15:00 - 21:00 on weekdays. We are looking for people who can commit to a year. Compensation is ¥2000- ¥3000 per teaching hour, roughly 5-10 teaching hours per week. We are especially in need of someone who can teach between 15:00~18:00.
QUALIFICATION: We are looking for English speakers who have a Bachelor's degree and are currently living in Japan with a valid work visa. Experience teaching children in Japan is preferred. Comfortable working with children. Teaching experience, musical, math and or artistic skills are beneficial but not required.
