Direct Hire ALT wanted for very creative, fun, rewarding and unique full-time position teaching Elementary School and JHS in a friendly city in Southern Osaka. We are looking for an easy-going, hard working, creative teacher who enjoys making original lessons.
POSITION: Direct hire full-time ALT to teach across ES & JHS
SALARY: 380,000yen gross per month, every month (Pension, Health & Employment Insurance deducted from gross salary)
MONTHLY TRAVEL ALLOWANCE: 5,000yen per month (fixed payment)
WHERE: Southern Osaka. 15mins from Abeno on the Kintetsu Minami-Osaka Line (specific details upon application)
WHEN: Jan 2026~
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:15am~4:30pm
Contract: 1 year renewable (no time limit)B. PREFERENCES:
PREFER:
Permanent Resident or Spouse visa holder, but not a must
Driver's licence or scooter licence (easy to get)
ES, JHS, HS teaching experience.
MUST:
Native English-level proficiency
Live in Osaka area* (see FYI#3 below)
A current visa (no student visa)
Ability to create lessons using Apple Keynote, MS PowerPoint, Canva etc.
Your own laptop computer that you can bring to work
Basic Japanese or better
University degree
2+ years experience teaching English in Japan
Create the lessons you teach in class
Enjoy creating exciting, fun and interesting lesson content
