VENESH（ビーネッシュ）は、美容師のための英会話サービスです。インバウンド観光客の増加により、日本の美容室では英語で接客する場面が増えています。私たちは、美容師さんが外国人のお客様と自信を持ってコミュニケーションできるようになることを目指しています。
VENESH is an English conversation service designed specifically for hair stylists. With more international visitors coming to Japan, many salons now need to serve customers in English. Our goal is to help stylists communicate with international customers clearly and confidently.
■ レッスン内容 / About the Lessons
文法の正確さよりも「伝わること」と「楽しく自信を持って話せること」を大切にしています。単語ベースの会話でもOKです。カウンセリング、施術中の会話、お会計など、サロンで実際に使う場面を練習します。テキストとカリキュラムは用意していますが、レッスンの内容や進め方は、生徒さんのレベルや状況に応じて講師の判断で調整していただけます。
We focus on communication and confidence, not grammar. Simple, word-based conversation is perfectly fine. Students practice real salon situations such as consultations, small talk during treatments, and payment. A textbook and curriculum are provided as a base, but you are free to adjust the lesson content and approach based on each student’s level and needs.
■ 勤務条件 / Position Details
* 形態：オンライン・マンツーマン
* ツール：現在はGoogle Meetを使用（講師の希望に応じて相談可）
* レッスン：1回40分
* 担当量：生徒4名 × 各3回 ＝ 計12レッスン（3か月間）
* 時間帯：平日・休日の15:00〜23:00（日本時間）の中で、各生徒と相談して決定
* 開始：2026年12月（開始日は応相談）
* 生徒数が増えた場合、担当レッスンを追加できる可能性があります
* Format: Online, one-on-one
* Tool: Currently Google Meet (other tools can be discussed)
* Lesson length: 40 minutes
* Workload: 4 students × 3 lessons each = 12 lessons over 3 months
* Schedule: Between 15:00 and 23:00 (Japan Standard Time) on weekdays or weekends, arranged with each student
* Start date: December 2026 (exact date negotiable)
* Additional lessons may become available as the number of students grows
■ 報酬 / Compensation
* 時給3,500円（レッスン1回ごとの支払い：40分レッスン1回あたり約2,333円）
* 研修（1時間）：有給
* 開始前の条件確認・契約説明の打ち合わせ（1時間）：無給
* ¥3,500 per hour, paid per lesson (approx. ¥2,333 per 40-minute lesson)
* Training (1 hour): paid
* Contract and scheduling meeting before starting (1 hour): unpaid
■ 応募資格 / Qualifications
必須：
* 高い英語力（母語レベルでなくても可）
* 日常会話レベルの日本語力
* 日本在住で、本業務が可能な在留資格をお持ちの方
* 安定したインターネット環境、カメラ・マイク付きのPC
* 明るく、初心者に寄り添って励ませる方
歓迎：
* 英語指導の経験（特に大人の初心者向け）
* 美容・接客業への関心や経験
Required:
* High English proficiency (native-level not required)
* Conversational Japanese
* Currently residing in Japan with a valid status of residence that permits this work
* Stable internet connection and a computer with camera and microphone
* Friendly, patient, and encouraging with beginners
Preferred:
* English teaching experience (especially with adult beginners)
* Interest or experience in beauty or customer service
■ 契約形態 / Contract
業務委託契約です。
This is a freelance (independent contractor) position.
