Dalton X’s concept is to nurture students through real-world experiences, staying in four cities for 2-3 months each in Grade 11 to be engaged in service-learning-related projects working with local professionals and citizens.
We offer A-Level and Minerva Baccalaureate program in addition to Japanese (MEXT) program to high school students in Grade 11 and 12. This position is competitive in terms of salary, benefits and conditions. We also have an existing sister school in Tokyo which is called Dalton Tokyo Junior and Senior High School.

It is a full school year position, with teachers being responsible for facilitating online classes in which the students are in the same classroom in person and the teachers access via online to the classroom. Teachers are also required to travel to rotation locations, if necessary, to help students to launch new projects and wrap up the final presentation and outputs of each project.
Applicants must have experience caring for and teaching high school students. A qualification in similar experiences or a degree or graduate diploma in education is strongly preferred. For some positions, we offer an earlier starting date followed by some initial training.
