Duties:
Teaching, overseeing faculty and entire program, designing curriculum, implementing policies, resolving school management and student issues

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in TESOL, English, or related field
Administrative experience in English program with ethnically diverse student body
Extensive teaching experience: TOEFL, TOEIC, Grammar, Speech, Hospitality, etc.
Experience creating ESL curricula/examinations; facility with AI in such
Spoken Japanese ability
Strong communication/people skills and problem resolution skills
Long-term visa status

Timeline:
Accepting applications: Sept-Nov. 2026
Requisites: resume, photo, bibliography if available, 2 letters of reference from witnesses to candidate’s teaching, original letter explaining why TES College would be good fit for both parties
Hiring by early-December 2026 for trial period January-March with full-time employment from April 1, 2027. Trial period can be part-time (negotiable).
Full-time Payment Negotiable: (¥350,000 -- ¥450,000 commensurate with leadership ability)
