At One&Co, we run One Coin English (OCE), a lively conversational school helping adult Japanese learners reach their goals. We are currently adding fresh talent to our team at our popular Ginza school. If you love cultural exchange and want to work in a highly international environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What are the requirements to apply?
Visa Status: You must already hold a valid visa that permits you to work in Japan.
Location: You currently live within 50 minutes of our Ginza school.
Age: 20 years old or above.
Language: High-level English proficiency - non-native speakers are welcome!
Commitment: Available to stay with us for at least 9 months.
Schedule: Minimum of 15 hours per week across at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

Shifts
Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Or partial shifts: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Includes 1-hour break)
Sundays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Includes 1-hour break)
