English languages classes available on Tuesday and Thursday mornings until the early afternoon (Tues. 9:10-1420 & Thurs. 9:10-12:40). Classes are to adolescents and young adults from beginner to advanced levels of English.
Position Requirements:
Suitable candidates must have a University degree (preferrably in a related field), TESOL / CELTA certification, 2 years of classroom experience at the jr. high or high school level.
Candidates must be residing in Japan and have proper work visa status.
Classes are small with 14-18 students and the classes are levelled. Textbooks and curriculum are provided.
Candidates must be familiar with language assessment, testing and exam preparation as they wll be responsible for them for their classes. Guidance for these areas will be provided.
The contracted position is to start April 1st, 2026 though classes begin April 9th, 2026. This is a Part Time position. Contract is for one year, renewable.
Salary and benefits:
Classes are paid by Koma at 3000 yen minimum. Classes are 45 minutes in length with 10 minute breaks between classes. This position is for 9 Koma total over the two days.
Transportation is paid and paid holidays are given depending on the total number of work days within the year.
Interviews are 30-40 minutes in length with a 20 minute demonstration lesson.
