English learning support for university students through conversation sessions, workshops, courses, and daily community-building activities at E-CO. This role also includes supporting program operations, student staff, PR activities, and ongoing development of learning services.
Period: April 2026 – March 2027 | Renewable up to 3 years
📍 Location: Sojiji Kansai
🕒 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 10:15–18:00 (7 hrs + 45 min break)
💼 Contract: Dispatch (Shakai-hoken / Kenko-hoken included)
💰 Pay: ¥2,000 / hour

Join the English support team and help create a vibrant, welcoming space where students practice English, explore global cultures, and grow as independent learners. This is a hands-on, people-centered role perfect for communicative, creative educators.

• Welcome students and support daily operations
• Lead 1-to-1 and group conversation sessions (on campus & online)
• Develop and teach workshops & non-credit English courses
• Contribute to TOEIC® prep and conversation materials
• Support student staff & student-led events
• Assist with PR activities (tours, posters, SNS, open campus)
• Help maintain an engaging, organized learning environment
• Participate in meetings, projects, and ongoing training
