Company Description NIC International College in Japan is an intensive one-year EAP (English for Academic Purposes) program with headquarters in Tokyo and a branch in Osaka. Our students are primarily aged 15–22 and intend to study abroad. Classes focus on academic reading, writing, note-taking, and speaking skills with a heavy emphasis on discussion.
Duties & Responsibilities
Teach English for Academic Purposes to students aged 15–22.
Assign and grade class work throughout the semester and deliver Midterm and Final exams.
Work closely with co-instructors to provide meaningful and prompt feedback on student progress.
Collaborate with staff and teachers to best meet the learning needs of students.
Requirements
Education: Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English, or a related field.
Residency/Visa: Availability to legally start working in Osaka from April 2026.
Language: Native fluency in English.
Skills: Knowledge of EAP methods, materials, and assessments; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
