English–Japanese Interpreter (One-Day Assignment)

On Sunday, March 22, 2026, in Ebisu, Tokyo We are seeking a qualified English–Japanese interpreter to support school booth operations throughout the event.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Provide on-site English–Japanese interpretation at each booth at Education Fair.
Interpret school explanations as well as questions and answers from visitors.
Be seated at the assigned booth from 10:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Deliver accurate, clear, and professional interpretation to ensure smooth communication.

Location & Schedule
Date: Sunday, March 22, 2026
Venue: EBiS 303 EVENT SPACE (5F, Ebisu Subaru Building, 1-20-8 Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo)
Time: 10:00–17:00 (1-hour break included)

Requirements
TOEIC score of 860+ or equivalent business-level English proficiency
Experience or strong familiarity with international schools or overseas education is highly welcomed
Strong communication skills, with a sincere, polite, and professional manner
Ability to interact comfortably with parents and school representatives

Compensation
20,000 JPY (including transportation expenses)

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in education-related interpretation
Knowledge of international schools or global education systems
Ability to provide friendly and high-quality customer service
