IB PRESCHOOL ENGLISH TEACHER

Preschool Teacher (IB Experience is a plus)

WORK TYPE:
Full Time/Experienced with a minimum of one year in an IB setting.

SALARY:
¥240,000 ~ ¥260,000 / Month (Depending on experience and knowledge)

REQUIREMENTS:
English: Native level (preferred)
Must currently reside in Japan

[Requirements for the Position]
・Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
・Thorough knowledge of effective teaching practices/approaches
・More than 1 year of experience in a preschool or kindergarten classroom
environment.
Working in an IB school or schools is preferred.
Proficient in both written and spoken communication
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

[Responsibilities]
- Lesson Planning based on the class's goals and expectations
- Delivery of the curriculum
- Create a positive learning environment
- Develop strategies to guide positive behavior in children
- Build good and open communication with children, family, and staff
- Prepare assessment portfolio and progress reports
- Develop strategies to enhance English proficiency in children
- Attendance in school events, professional development, and school meetings

Full-time Preschool teacher

・Work Days/ hours: Monday through Friday.
・Starting Date: February 2026

Maebashi & Ota City (Gunma)

[Compensation and Benefits]
・Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience, ranging from ¥240,000 -¥260,000/month

・Transportation: Actual transportation costs for the most economical and reasonable route between the station closest to home and the station closest to the workplace.
