Job Overview
Immerse Education is seeking Summer School Mentors for its Career Insights program in Tokyo. Mentors will provide pastoral care, supervise students aged 13-18, organize extracurricular activities, and escort students to industry visits. Mentors serve as the first point of contact for their assigned student group and ensure a safe, engaging, and enriching experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support students throughout the program.
- Lead extracurricular activities such as sports, formal dinners, and excursions.
- Escort students to and from industry visits.
- Assist with airport transfers, check-in, and luggage handling.
- Ensure program spaces are clean and organized.
- Contribute to assigned special roles (social media, blogging, event coordination, etc.).
- Attend evening meetings and curfew patrols.

Requirements
Current or recent graduate of Ivy League, Cambridge, Oxford or Tokyo University.(mandatory).
Experience in residential summer schools or camps (preferred).
Experience in events or customer service (preferred).
Familiarity with Tokyo (preferred).

Contract & Schedule
Duration: Two, Four, or Six weeks.

Working hours vary due to the residential nature of the program.
Sessions run from June 28 to August 9, 2025.
