Create, plan and teach lessons to Preschool ~ Elementary level students through an immersive active English program. Using STEAM education, engage the students in a new fun way to learn english.
Teachers are responsible for providing students Active Immersive English Lessons and follow our curriculum and teaching philosophy. Starting position is a one year contract. Contracts are performance based.

Job Description
All contracts are 5 day work weeks with two holidays (holidays may vary)
Working Times may vary (8 hours a day with 1 hour lunch)
1. Teaching Duties:
a) Blue Ocean: 90 min Active Immersive lessons (Mon ~ Fri)
Saturday Lessons (Depending on Contract Agreement)
b) Green Springs: 120 min STEAM based lessons (Tue ~ Fri)
Saturday Lessons (Robotics or STEAM based lessons)
2. Duties:
a) Lesson Planning, Unit and Level Checks, Active Immersive Games
b) Event Planning (Spring and Summer Programs, Holiday Events i.e. Halloween/ Christmas etc.)
c) Student Individual Progression
d) Bus Assistance
e) Personalized learning and quality instructions for students of all needs and abilities.
f) Co-Teaching and planning with fellow instructors
g) Camps and Excursions
3. Administration
a) Daily Lesson Reports sent Via Application
b) Parent-Student Communication
c) Attend Weekly Meetings and Daily Updates
d) In-House Level Tests
e) PR and Special Promotion Activities
Requirements:
1. Native-level English Proficiency
2. Must currently reside in Japan
3. Must have a working visa
4. Have experience teaching non-native English speakers
5. Have experience in collaborative planning and working in a multicultural enviroment.

Salary/ Benefits
250,000 ~ 300,000 yen a month
