Community Ambassador for International Student Dormitory- TOKYO

You would be directing and leading a team of associates on a shift, handling inquires and reservations etc. The client is not a Japanese student dormitory. Rather, the company is ran by a British company, which is a unique company that currently has international student dormitories in 8 countries.

REQUIREMENTS:

-English- FLUENT ability
-Japanese- INTERMEDIATE~ BUSINESS LEVEL (at least JLPT N3 certified)

-Leadership skills: act as the focal point of the team, interacting and organizing various staff members, carry out work to ensure smooth operations of the dormitory.

-Good judgment: quickly grasp the situation and develop the trust of other team members. making good decisions and taking quick action. Handle complaints appropriately, informing the relevant parties. Identify priorities and allocate resources as needed.

-Hospitality spirit: Identify the customer's needs and act on them quickly. Friendly, professional, quality service and always sincerely interested in customers.

-Spontaneity: propose your own ideas for work flow, product improvement, event planning, and project planning. Constantly bring new ideas and think of ways to improve the value of the dormitory experience, products, and business.

DESCRIPTION:
-Front desk operations (managing shifts, scheduling meetings, reports, managing cleaning staff)
-Student support (daily life issues, emotional care, consultation)
-Maintaining the dormitory environment (checking around the building)
-Handling inquires and reservations
-Check-in and check-out support for students
-Group support(coordination with senior management, staff meetings, staff training, dealing with other organizations)
-Contract renewal and cancellations
